Romont Jackson, 42, of Utica has been charged after allegedly threatening a neighbor with a handgun. When police took Jackson into custody, they said he yelled to the neighbor from the police car, saying "When I get out of here I'm going to f@%king blow your f@%king brains out of your head"!
