UTICA, N.Y.(WKTV) - Michael Romanowski, 30, of Utica, was arrested under open charges for grand larceny in the third degree and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

While taking Romanowski into police custody, police conducted a search of Romanowski's person and found him to be illegally in possession of the controlled substance known as "Endocot" (a schedule II controlled substance). Additionally, Romanowski was charged with: -Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and -Having a controlled substance not in its original container.
