On June 29, 2011 the Utica Police executed a search warrant at 513 Plant St. The search warrant was a result of an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics. During the search warrant a quantity of cocaine, scales, and drug packaging were seized. Arrested: Elmer Prince (57) Plant St. Utica NY
