Deli Sinanaj, 35, of Genesee Street, Utica was arrested following It is allegations that he was operating a Marijuana growth operation out of his second floor apartment at 1623 Genesee Street.
Sinanaj is currently under the supervision of NYS Parole.
Sinanaj is charged with:
Criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree (a class E felony).
Unlicensed growing of marijuana (under the public health law), a misdemeanor.
