Armel Bostandzic, 18, of Niagara Street, Utica was one of four arrested for illegal possession, during a traffic stop at the Plaza East parking lot of Mohawk Street.
It is alleged that the group possessed 30 pills of the controlled substance knon as “hydrocodone”.
Bostandzic was arrested and charged with:
criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree
having a controlled substance without a prescription/not in its original container
Also facing these charges:
1) Erica Evans , age 22, of Lyndon Road, Whitesboro, 2) Williams McGrath, age 20, of Neilson street, Utica, and 3) Albin Bektas, age 19, of Dudley Avenue, Utica.
