A Utica Police Officer observed Tyrone Henry, age 34, of Noyes Street, Utica walking in the roadway drinking an open container of beer while on the 1700 block of Whitesboro Street.
The officer then conducted a stop of Henry and it is alleged that he was also in possession of "crack" cocaine and marijuana.
Henry was charged with:
Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree
Unlawful possession of marijuana
Pedestrian failed to use sidewalk
Open container violation
