James Craig, 49, of Rutger Street, Utica was arrested and charged him with burglary in the third degree (a class D felony) and Grand larceny in the fourth degree (a class E felony).
It is alleged that on October 29, 2011 that Craig unlawfully entered "Aqua Vino"- Harbor Lock Road and stole a sum of money.
