Raven Bonneau, 25, of Louisa Street, Utica was arrested after Utica police responded to the Walmart Supercenter on Horatio Street, in regards to a female shoplifter being detained there.
Bonneau was charged with petit larceny.
It is alleged that Bonneau had stolen toys and clothing from the store.
