On April 15, Utica Police observed a vehicle fail to signal and squealing it car tires in the area of Noyes Street and the arterial. Officer Grande conducted a traffic stop on Route 12 and the French Road exit, and learned that the vehicle was operated by Peter Leone (age 25, of Rosemary Street, Utica). Leone was arrested and charged with several DWI-related offenses.
