On April 13, Utica Police arrested Leonard England (age 40 of Coolidge Road, Utica), as he arrived at family court on Elizabeth Street. On April 12, 2011, England was accused of going to his ex-wife's home on Lenox Street and intentionally causing damage to her garage door and smashing out all the garage lights.
