On April 15, Utica Police officers were called to the "Nice n' Easy" on Court Street in regards to a store employee, who recognized a man inside the store, that stole from them earlier in week and got away. It is alleged that on April 11th, Michael Salo (age 22, of 203 Rutger Street, Utica) stole alcohol from the store. Salo was taken into police custody and was charged with petit larceny.
