On April 11, Utica Police were dispatched to Whitesboro Street and Andes Avenue for a large fight with knives. Police would arrest Jerome Hall (age 31, of Churchill Street, Utica) and charged him with disorderly conduct. While police officers were attempting to take Hall into police custody, a second person, Amy Hanmer (age 22 of Watkins Ave., Utica) was also arrested when she tried to interfere, refusing to leave the area and was yelling obscenities.
