Utica Police was sent to the Rescue Mission- 901 Park Avenue, to assist the caller. A staff member told officers that a resident- Brian Young (age 36) had intentionally set fire to a garbage can in the second floor hallway of the facility. Young was arrested and charged by Investigator Bryan Coromato for: -Arson in the 5th degree, and -Unlawful possession of marijuana.
