According to UPD, 52-year-old Henry Oliver of Niagara Falls, pulled a gun out on two residents of an Oneida Street home. Police say that Oliver left the scene prior to officers arriving at Oneida Street and was l ater located on Henry Street, where he was taken into police custody. Utica Police Officer Michael Petrie charged Oliver with menacing.
