On April 6, Utica Police arrested Gloria Morrison (age 34, of Mathews Avenue, Utica) for prostitution and other related offenses. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of West Street, and Morrison was charged with: -Prostitution (class B misdemeanor), -Loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense (class A misdemeanor), and -Pedestrian failed to use sidewalk/walking in the roadway (traffic infraction).
