Jasmin Rizvic (age 20, of 1638 Howard Avenue, Utica- pictured below) was arrested on the following drug charges: -Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and -Unlawful possession of marijuana. While Rizvic was being taken into police custody, another male- Salmin Nadarevic (age 16, of 631 Plant Street) began yelling and screaming and making obscene gestures and he was subsequently taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
