On April 28,Utica Police arrested Richard True (age 27, of Slone Road, Lee Center) on outstanding arrest warrants for Tampering with a witness in the third degree and aggravated unlicensed operation/ The warrant for tampering with a witness stemmed from an incident on February 11, 2011, where it is alleged that True telephoned a witness to a burglary investigation and threatened him.
