UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Leroy V. Lucas, of Utica,
charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd -B felony
Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 7th-A misdemeanor

Lucas was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his residence. The Utica Police Department’s Metro Unit's search warrant was a result of an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics. During the search warrant a quantity of cocaine, scales, and drug packaging, and money were seized.
