On April 27, Utica Police responded to 1211 Conkling Avenue for a neighbor dispute. Police met with a male victim who said that was hanging out with his rear apartment neighbor, Salvatore LePage (age 23, Utica) and drinking beer when they got into an argument. Victim alleges that LePage unexpectantly punched him several times in the face, causing his right eye to swell, small cut underneath his left eye and a bulge on his forehead. Officer David Singe would arrest LePage and charged him with assault.
