On May 3, arrested Germeik Wilson (age 31, of Fayetteville, Georgia) on a Federal warrant of arrest for the following drug charges: =Two (2) counts of Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (both a class B felonies), =Two (2) counts of Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (class A misdemeanor), and =Criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (class A misdemeanor). The charges were based on a drug investigation conducted by our UPD Metro Narcotic Unit. A quantity of cocaine and drug equipment was seized.
