On May 3, 2011, Police Officers arrested Christopher Clark (age 22, of James Street, Utica) at the intersection of James and West Streets. The officers, who had previous police contact with Clark, knew that he had an open Bench Warrant out of Utica City Court for criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree.
