UPD responded to a residence on Copperfield Street for a burglary in progress. When he arrived he saw a male walk out the front door. When the male saw the officer he ran back inside the residence. Officer Pedulla was able to shut open doors and keep the man inside until other officers arrived. Officers arrived and after entering the residenced they found the male hiding in a second floor crawl space. After taking him into custody they saw that he had several personal items of the homeowner ready to be removed from the residence.
