Ryan Maddox, 29, of Utica

Around 2:30 a.m. UPD Special Operations officers Curley and Goldstein were patrolling the area of Mohawk St, when they saw a vehicle occupied by a wanted man. After stopping the vehicle they placed the man into custody. During a search they found crack cocaine and marijuana.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th- misdemeanor
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana-violation
Aggravated Unlicensed operation of a MV-misdemeanor
