Joseph Sharron, 45, of Utica
On Saturday, October 29, 2011, Utica Police responded to "Price Chopper"- 50 Auert Avenue, in regards to a adult male shoplifter being detained there.
Officers would arrest Joseph Sharron (age 45, of Utica) and charge him with petit larceny and trespassing.
It is alleged that Sharron stole cough medicine and mouse traps from the store. Sharron had been previously told to not enter any Price Chopper stores due to prior shoplifting incidents.
