Jamar Sessome, 18, of Utica

On Wednesday, October 26, 2011, Utica Police Officer Robert Pedulla arrested Jamar Sessome and he was charged with:
*Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (a class B felony),
*Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, and
*Unlawful possession of marijuana.

The arrest took place on the 900 block of Mary Street. It is alleged that Sessome possessed heroin and marijuana.
