UPD responded to the Price Chopper in south Utica for a shopfliter. The man reportedly took a six pack of beer. It was learned that the man had left the store, and the officer checked the area for the suspect. She located the man at Genesee St and Auburn Ave. She told the man he was under arrest but he refused to be taken into custody and began to fight with the officer. After some time he was taken in to custody and charged with the following: Arrested: Jonathan Colvin (27) Genesee St Utica Charges: Petit Larceny-misdemeanor Resisting Arrest-misdemeanor
