Tyrone Goldman, 3, of Utica
On early Saturday morning, October 29, 2011, Utica police officers responded to a residence on the 2100 block of Erie Street, in regards to a domestic dispute.
Officers would arrest Tyrone Goldman and charge him with:
*Criminal obstruction of breathing,
*Criminal mischief, and
*Harassment in the second degree.
It is alleged that Goldman was upset because he thought his girlfriend was cheating on him with another man. During the argument Goldman is accused of:
*Breaking the victim's cell phone by throwing to the pavement,
*Pushing her against a wall and pinning both her arms so she couldn't move. When Goldman did this it caused the victim's arms to bruise,
*Throwing the female to the ground several times, and
*Placing her in a headlock, squeezing so tight that the victim couldn't breathe.
