Police investigate armed robbery at Utica market

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred around 8 p.m. Sunday night at the Superplus market on John Street.

A clerk at the store told police that a male entered the store, displayed a handgun, and stole money, fleeing the scene on foot.

Police said the suspect is described as a tall black male wearing a brown leather jacket and brown/black leather hat.
