Three charged in residential burglaries in Herkimer and Hamilton Counties

HERKIMER COUNTY, N.Y. (WKTV) - Three men have been charged in connection to several residential burglaries in both Herkimer and Hamilton Counties.

According to New York State Police, numerous firearms, along with cash, jewelry and electronics were taken during the burglaries. After a month long investigation, authorities say all three suspects - Jered J. Getman, 26, of Herkimer; Brandon A. Dunn, 24, of Newport; and Ljube R. Terzoski, 23, of Newport - were all located in the area of Malone, N.Y. on October 3 and were taken into custody by State Police.

All three have been charged with second-degree burglary, and were arraigned early Thursday morning.

State Police said a firearm has been recovered along with jewelry and a large amount of cash.

All three men were arraigned in the Town of Newport Court and were remanded to the Herkimer County Jail on $20,000 cash $40,000 bail bond.
