ILION, N.Y. (WKTV) - U.S. Marshals are looking for the public's help in locating four individuals, three of whom are registered sex offenders, that they say were involved in a gang assault in the Village of Ilion last month. According to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jamie Farrington, the four men were involved in a fight at an establishment in the Village of Ilion on January 31. During the fight, authorities say the four men physically assaulted a male victim, causing extensive damage to the subject's face and head. The men sought by police are" *Richard J. Ford, 21. He is described as a white male, 6'02" and 210 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. Authorities say he has a criminal history of assault, larceny and obstruction of governmental administration. *Dennis W. Ford III, 26. He is described as a white male, 6'04" and 210 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo of a demon with the letters "PP" on his right forearm and the word "brothers" on his right arm. Authorities say he has a criminal history of rape, sexual misconduct, larceny, weapons offenses and menacing. He is also a registered sex offender. *Charles R. Mullin, 31. He is described as a white male, 5'09" and 135 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. Authorities say he is a registered sex offender with a criminal history of rape, robbery, and weapons offenses. *Robert N. Dixon, 32. He is described as a black male, 6'02" and 289 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities say he is a registered sex offender with a history of rape, forcible touching, sexual abuse, assault, weapons offenses, escape and obstruction of government administration. Authorities say all four men have strong ties to Ilion and surrounding area. Dixon, U.S. Marshals said, is known to operate a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer, Blue with a New York vehicle registration FSE9305.
