Man arrested in Rome robbery case

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Rome Police has announced the arrest of a suspect accused of robbery, Saturday.
Police said that Frankie Cruz, 48, was positively identified by a witness as the man who robbed Keiki's Mobile on Dominick Street at knife-point. 
It happened at approximately 2:30 a.m. Friday morning. 
According to Police, Cruz threatened the store clerk with a knife, while demanding cash and cigarettes. 
Officers found Cruz on W. Liberty St. with the stolen cigarettes, the cash, and a knife. 

He has been charged with First Degree Robbery.
