Man charged following road rage incident in Holland Patent

HOLLAND PATENT, N.Y. (WKTV) - New York State Police say that a Cold Brook man is facing charges stemming from a road rage incident last week.

According to authorities, Brandon Coffin, 25, of Cold Brook has been charged with DWI stemming from an investigation of a road rage incident in Holland Patent along with civilian complains of his driving. State Police said Coffin is also accused of harassing a Trenton man in Holland Patent and breaking his eye glasses stemming from the same incident.

Coffin was issued appearance tickets for fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment as well as aggravated DWI and DWI.

He is scheduled to appear in Town of Trenton Court on October 1, 2012 at 6:30 p.m.
