WHITESBORO, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police say that a Whitesboro man who left his vehicle parked across both lanes of road then forced his way into someone's garage and fell asleep in their car. Whitestown Police say Brian M. Reese, 30, of Whitesboro parked his vehicle across both lanes of the road on Herthum Road in the Herthum Heights neighborhood. Reese allegedly made his way into someone's garage and then fell asleep in the back seat of the homeowner's vehicle, which was parked inside. Police say Reese was intoxicated at the time. Reese has been charged with second-degree criminal trespass and will be returning to Whitestown Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
