UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The verdict in the case of David Trebilcock, the man accused of stabbing his girlfriend's six-year old daughter, is expected to be delivered on today.
On Thursday, a computer forensics expert took the stand, saying that he found Google searches and e-mails on Trebilcock's computer containing words related to religion and law enforcement, something that was stated earlier in the week by other investigative witnesses.
A psychiatrist also took the stand, testifying that Trebilcock suffers from schizophrenia.
Since this is a bench trial, Judge Michael Dwyer will decide the outcome, not a jury.
