MARCY, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Rochester woman has been charged after authorities say she tried to smuggle marijuana in to an inmate at the Midstate Correctional Facility in Marcy.
According to New York State Police, Vanessa A. Ruiz, 28, of Rochester is now charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana.
