Oneonta Man arrested on multiple charges after traffic stop

ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Oneonta man is facing multiple charges following a traffic stop on Thursday.

According to New York State Police, Brian E. Kingsbury, 38, of Oneonta, was charged on June 14 with false personation, possession of a hypodermic instrument and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Authorities said the arrest resulted from a traffic stop on State Route 205 in Oneonta.

Kingsbury was arraigned in the Town of Oneonta Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
