Otego men accused of stealing items from Oneonta Price Chopper

ONEONTA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two Otsego County men are charged with petit larceny after authorities say they stole from an Oneonta grocery store.

According to New York State Police, on December 31, 2010, Richard N. Lorette, 22, and Thomas E. Waters, 23, both of Otego, were charged with petit larceny after a complaint that assorted merchandise from the Price Chopper Store in Oneonta had been taken.

Both men were arraigned in Town of Oneonta Court and sent to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
