Woman alleged to have smuggled marijuana into Oneida Correctional Facility
ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Ravena woman is facing charges after allegedly smuggling marijuana into a prisoner at a local correctional facility.
According to New York State Police, it is alleged that Nylasia Taylor, 21, of Ravena, smuggled marijuana into Oneida Correctional Facility on a December 10, 2010 visit and provided the marijuana to an inmate located within the facility. Taylor is now charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana. She was issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Rome Court on February 16, 2011. Most Popular |
