UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Oneida County Court Judge has Andre Jackson guilty on three counts of weapons possession.

Jackson was the man found hiding under a car near where murder victim Reginald Davis was found in May 2011. Jackson is on trial for weapons possession.

Davis was found lying in pool of blood on Genesee Street at Watson Place and police found a gun nearby with Andre Jackson's DNA on it.

Jackson opted for a bench trial, where a judge determines the verdict, instead of a jury.

No one has been charged in Davis' death.
