Arrest made following April baseball bat attack

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A 17 year-old is arrested after police say he and several others attacked a person in the city back in April.

Utica investigators say on April 16th, a fight broke out at the corner of Nichols and Blandina Streets. Several people attacked a person and during the fight, the victim was struck with a baseball bat.

The victim was sent to a local hospital for a laceration and later released.

Following an investigation, Utica Police arrested Bunthouen Lim, 17, of Utica on May 10th and charged him with 2nd degree assault.
