Bus Aide accused of inappropriately touching girl

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A bus aide has been charged after authorities say he inappropriately touched a developmentally disabled female.

According to Utica Police, Joseph Berg, 47, who is a bus aide for Birnie Bus, intentionally touched the intimate part of a developmentally disabled female's body.

Police say that on February 12, Berg continued to inappropriately touch the female and taunted her by pretending he was going to pour soda on her head. Police said when the female victim asked him to stop, Berg reportedly said "ha ha."

NEWSChannel 2 contacted Birnie Bus on Thursday morning for a comment on the matter, but has not heard back as of this writing.
