Two offered plea deals in May 2011 James Street death

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two of the three men accused in the death of Anthony Garner appeared in Oneida County Court on Thursday where they were presented with plea offers from the Oneida County District Attorney's Office.

Details of the offer were not made public.

The shooting happened in May 2011 on James Street and was caught on surveillance footage.

Dominque Cook and Octavius garrett will be back in court on September 10 to accept or reject their offers.

Marshall Jackson is already serving 25 years to life in state prison for the crime.
