UPD: Man wanted for cocaine distribution in NYC

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A man living in Utica has been arrested after police say he was involved in the distribution of cocaine in New York City.

According to Utica Police, 24-year-old Shaigan Baker fled from police after a drug investigation at the 1700 block of Whitesboro Street. He also gave investigators a false name, police said.

He was apprehended and he was found to be in the possession of cocain. It was learned that Baker was wanted by the US Marshal Service/DEA in NYC for the distribution of cocaine.

Baker is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation, resisting arrest, and harassment.
