UPD: Woman stabs boyfriend in throat
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica woman has been charged with felony assault after she allegedly tabbed her boyfriend in the neck. Utica Police say the attack took place Friday night in a house on Mohawk Street in East Utica.
Authorities arrested 53-year-old Sherrie Wyman of Utica and charged her with second degree assault, a class D felony, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Police contend that Wyman stabbed her boyfriend in the throat with a kitchen knife. The victim was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center for treatment.
