LITTLE FALLS, N.Y. (WKTV) - The president of a web and software development firm in Florida has been in discussions to buy a 12,000 square foot building at 542 Main Street in the city of Little Falls.

If the plan is approved, Vertiglo would relocate 20 core staff along with several administrative workers. A development plan has already been presented.

Company officials had been looking to open a new location in New York City, but Little Falls officials presented the company president, Luke Roopra, with the opportunity. Roopra himself is a 10-year resident of Little Falls.

The acquisition of the property will be finalized at a meeting of the Little Falls Common Council. That is taking place on January 4th.
