On the Accent Brokerage website, the bars in Herkimer, Sylvan Beach, and Utica are for sale. We tried to reach owner, Matt Demar for comment, but he was not available.

Demar's Herkimer location is priced at $49,000. According to the listing, "the owner has moved on to other projects." The realty listing states that the Herkimer business was established as a coffee house/sports bar, and is "ready for the new owner to unlock the doors and start their new business venture." Taxes on the Herkimer location are listed at $2,300 per year.

Hollyrock at Sylvan Beach is priced for $688,000, boasted by the realtor as a "a unique commercial property that would make a great family retreat on the water." County taxes for the Sylvan Beach site are listed at $2,668.52, Village taxes at $3,453.02 and school taxes at $7,992 a year.

Hollyrock on Varick Street is going for the asking price of $489,000 and is described as a "turn-key business opportunity in the Utica Brewery District." The taxes on the Utica location are listed at $5,340.24 a year.
