Carpentry: rough & finished carpentry work in construction and repair. Electrical: basic installation and repair. Basic plumbing duties. Grounds: plowing, mowing, trimming, planting and grounds maintenance. Possession of a clean & valid NYS driver license and willingness to work outside in inclement weather necessary. Two years of relevant experience. Must be able to go between Oneida and Sylvan Beach sites. Usual hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Salary negotiable. Benefits available. Auto Parts Counter/ Delivery

Counter Sales/Delivery. Full-time, for an auto store in Bouckville. Will be driving a company delivery car to deliver parts within the area. Put stock away, perform cleaning duties and work on the counter, using computers and dealing with customers. Candidates must have a clean NYS driver's license. Corporate Building/Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for Corporation. Supervise the proper maintenance of Headquarters Building and assist Engineering Dept with projects. Maintenance management of Headquarters is primary responsibility, but BES, LFDC & other buildings are also included. Employee will be on call weekdays, weekends & holidays to ensure safe operations of facility. A cell phone will be provided & it is expected the employee will be available when need arises. Work will include, but not be limited to: supervising contractors performing maintenance work; troubleshooting & minor maintenance of building equipment, electrical system, fire system HVAC system, elevators, plumbing, etc.; conceptual design & planning; safety review; budget generation; provide startup services, implement training & generate necessary documentation; troublshoot electrical/instrumentation problems & operation & maintenance of building equipment; and assist Engineering Dept with projects in both Paper & Packaging Divisions at all locations. Responding to Emergency Fire Department & Police Dept calls during off hours required. These activities will involve overtime, call-ins & travel (may include any or all the Plants, customers and vendors). Strong electrical & mechanical skills required. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology/Journeyman Electrician; 5 years of experience (related prior maintenance supervisory experience considered); and a valid Class C Driver License. References & drug test required.


Pay: $40 - $50,000 per year

Will transport patients in wheel chairs and stretchers to and from appointments. A CDL/Class C License is preferred, but candidates with a clean (no DWI) regular driver's license who can obtain the Class C with Passenger Endorsement would be considered. DOT requires a physical to get the Class C license. The employer requires references, a clean driver's license, and 6 years of driving experience (must have had a driver's license for at least 6 years). Candidate must have a High School diploma or GED; and must be neat and clean in appearance, polite, reliable and a good driver, and must be on-time. The individual must be able to understand and speak English. Hours as scheduled, with potential for additional Saturday hours. After the initial training period (1-2 weeks at $7.25/hour), pay starts at $8.75 per hour, and increases to $9.25 per hour after 3 months.
