Get ready for spring! Mohawk Valley Community College’s Center for Corporate and Community Education announces open registration for a round of non-credit Health and Wellness classes to be held at the Jewish Community Center. These 10-week classes are a fun way to get into shape and into active habits for a lifetime of good health.

Zumba
This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Beginners are welcome. Bring water, sneakers, and a mat for stretching.

Mondays, Jan. 28 – Apr. 8, 7:15 - 8:15 p.m.
Cost: $59 and Apr. 22 – May 20, 7:15-8:15 p.m.
