Cost: $450. Thursday and Friday, March 21-29, 8:30-5:30 p.m., MVCC Educational Center
Enrollment for these classes is limited and will be taken on a first come basis. For information or to register, call 792-5300 or visit www.mvcc.edu/cced. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Friday. All MVCC non-credit instruction is completely self-supporting, including indirect costs, and requires no public funding.

NYS Appraisal Licensing Courses
Have you ever wanted to become a Residential or Commercial Appraiser? MVCC is now offering you the chance with our Appraiser Qualifying Courses. To qualify to become an Appraiser Assistant or a Licensed Residential Appraiser in NYS, you must complete 150 hours of classroom training. Upon completion of all the classes below plus a USPAP Course, you will be prepared to complete the state exam to be a licensed appraiser and begin your career in this rewarding and exciting field. These courses are the starting point in a career as an appraiser and you can continue to grow toward the goal of becoming a NYS Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser or a NYS General Real Estate Appraiser.
