Relief efforts continue as area recovers from devastating flood
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Church World Service (CWS) is set to hold another workshop to benefit those affected by last summer's Mohawk Valley flooding and other local natural disasters, next week.
Prior to that workshop, on February 2nd, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., a group meeting will be hosted by the Oneida-Madison Flood organization in order to discuss the immediate and long-term needs for relief efforts in the Mohawk Valley.
It will also provide a forum for locals affected to discuss their unmet needs with case managers responsible for leading assistance efforts.
This event will be held at the Oneida Armory on Cedar St.
